WHAT TEACHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT THE SEASONS FLOW

IMG_1977.JPG

I particularly liked the 'yoga of the seasons' training. This approach brings a very interesting and absolutely logical dimension to the way I plan my lessons ...

The presentation is perfect. The videos concise, precise and interesting. The formula is practical, the lessons well documented, I was able to put together a notebook filled with information for my course planning and for my personal knowledge in Ayurveda.

I acquired new knowledge and a new approach to transmit the richness of yoga.

This training is rich, the content is very interesting and relevant. The videos allow a fun training and it is very appreciable. We can download the documents to make a workbook, and Janick answers all our questions. This program will allow me to better structure my way of thinking and to prepare the lessons, it will also save me time for the preparation of the lessons.

This training will make my teaching even deeper and evolving while preserving my color.
